Meeting Suites AS alternative to an EPCA Meeting Room
Are you looking for accommodation that is also suitable for meetings in a separate room?
The meeting suites listed below consist of a bedroom and a living area separated by a door. These suites serve as both meeting spaces and accommodations. Since Meeting Suites are considered accommodations, they won't appear on the list of EPCA official meeting rooms.
Meeting suites are considered as accommodation and the hotel will therefore charge per night, i.e. a booking from Sunday to Friday represents 5 nights. These nights will be billed by the hotel and are equivalent to 4 full meeting days from Monday to Thursday.
Mandatory booking period: Each meeting suite can only be booked for the specific duration listed below.
The rates do not include catering nor VAT / TAX and will be invoiced directly by the hotel.
