Samuel joined LKW WALTER in 2006 in Austria and he has held several positions in operation logistics and sales on both regional and international level during that time.
He has a Sales Logistics Director role since 2019. For the last 6 years he has been directly involved on a pan-European KAM role with several multinationals in the chemical industry. Samuel combines this activities in the chemical sector with other business segments such as Automotive and FMCG. He is a key influencer within commercial and operations teams in his organisation.
He holds a BA Hons degree in International Business and Languages from the Technological University Dublin, Dublin.
Jan Arnet has served as CEO of the Bertschi Group since August 2018. Jan joined Bertschi as Head Merger & Acquisitions in 2004. From 2005 to 2008 he acted as Managing Director of the newly acquired subsidiary Nordic Bulkers in Sweden. From 2008 to 2011 he was appointed Managing Director BU Solutions, with responsibility for the Group’s market entry in the Middle East. In 2011 he was appointed Group CFO of Bertschi and from 2013 to 2018 he headed the Group's largest Business Unit, Liquids Logistics Europe. Before joining Bertschi, Jan held the positions of CFO and Deputy CEO within Finance, Machining and Inhouse-Logistics industry.
He holds a Masters degree in Corporate Finance and completed an Asian International Executive Program at INSEAD in Singapore. Since 2019 he has been member of the EPCA Supply Chain Program Committee (SCPC).
Jan-Jacob is a Manager at Deloitte Consulting in the Supply Chain & Network Operations team. He is specialized in Logistics & Distribution related topics with over a decade of supply chain experience. Within the field of Logistics and Distribution his focus is on network design, order management and distribution optimization, and warehouse operations in Life Sciences & Healthcare and the Consumer Business industry.
Relevant project experience includes design of EMEA distribution network for a printer and electronics manufacturer (incl. modeling operating cost and CO2 emissions for multiple setups), defining the vision & strategy for the global downstream supply chain for a pharmaceutical manufacturer, and an Inventory Working Capital Reduction project for an APAC soft-drink bottler.
Jan-Jacob has Masters degrees in History at Leiden University (NL) and Rutgers University (NJ, USA). He studied Japanese in Kyoto (Japan). He is a Prince2 practitioner and LSS Black Belt certified.
Jurgen is a Director at Deloitte Consulting in the Supply Chain & Network Operations team. He leads Deloitte’s EMEA Logistics & Distribution practice. Jurgen has over 30 years of international supply chain experience. He focuses on Supply Chain assessments and optimization, Supply Chain network design, Sustainable Transportation & Warehouse optimization across multiple industries including Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing and Consumer Business. Relevant project experience includes a Logistics strategy and modal split optimization for a large chemicals company, EMEA Inbound Supply Chain optimization for a major chemicals manufacturer, and Supply Chain (manufacturing, warehousing and transportation) network optimization for a lubricant manufacturer.
Jurgen has a degrees in both Computer Science and Supply Chain Management from the University of Eindhoven (NL) and has a masters degree in Management Consultancy (VU Amsterdam). He is Certified in Production and Inventory Control (CPIM) by APICS.
Robert Jan Huizing is a Partner at Deloitte Consulting in the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, leading the Supply Chain Planning team in EMEA. He has over 18 years of experience with several supply chain design and Planning projects. He primarily focuses on the Chemicals industry and has led multiple Planning Transformations in the (specialty) chemicals industry.
Robert Jan studied Technology Management at the university of Groningen (NL). He is APICS CPIM certified and has the Enterprise Lean / Six Sigma Black belt status. He is author of the Chemicals Logistics vision 2020 and the EPCA publication concerning building Supply Chain resilience.

Sanja C. Magdeburg is currently serving as the Vice President of Supply Chain EMEA at Brenntag Specialties, where she is responsible for designing and leading the operational supply chain organization across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Sanja's career is marked by her passion for strategy development, team leadership, and process optimization. She has held several key positions at HELM AG, including Director of E2E Processes and Director of Supply Chain Base Chemical Solutions, where she successfully established and led a new centralized supply chain organization. Her expertise spans across various roles, from product management to senior leadership, demonstrating her ability to drive efficiency and innovation within complex business environments.
She lives close to Hamburg, Germany and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economies, Supply Chain and Logistics. Currently she is studying the MBA Performance Management at the Leuphana University in Lüneburg.
With over 15 years of experience in the chemicals and paints & coatings business with Lyondellbasell and previous companies, Marnix has had leadership roles developing and managing supply chain organizations in various regions in the world. Currently Marnix is responsible for the logistics operations in Europe as well as the procurement of logistics services. Marnix is passionate about delivering supply chain excellence across the polymers and advanced polymer solution divisions in Lyondellbasell. Marnix graduated with an MSc. from Delft University of Technology. Marnix has two children and currently lives in Wassenaar the Netherlands.

Since June 2020, Michail Stahlhut is theCEO of the Hupac Group. Before that, he was CEO of Hupac Intermodal AG and from 2010 to 2018 he was CEO of SBB Cargo International AG, a joint venture between SBB Cargo and Hupac.
His previous roles include Managing Director Technics at Arriva Deutschland (2006 – 2010), Managing Director at Eichholz Verkauf & Logistik (2002 – 2006) and Head of Cargobahnhof Mannheim at DB Cargo AG (1998 – 2002).
Stahlhut has a degree in Civil Engineering and Environmental Technology from TU Hamburg.
